I've never been a huge fan of work out videos because I am not that cordinated so I struggle with following. My second problem is that typically they are just too boring. Leslie knows how to do them though. After renting this one and loving it I rushed out to buy it. It's the perfect pace, it's fun, and it really gets you into a nice sweat. I can't wait to try out another Walk Away The Pounds video!
This is my first purchase of a Leslie Sansone DVD. I really enjoyed her style of teaching. I usually workout on an elliptical at home. I decided to add a bit of variety to my workouts. I made a good decision. I have done kickboxing classes previously that left me hurting or the movements were sort of extreme. This workout does the kickboxing moves but in a low impact mode that makes you feel good aftewards. I added 30 minutes on the elliptical to this workout because I need at least an hour. But it is plenty sufficient for someone who wants to get started with kickboxing. I recommend this workout to anyone who wants to add to their routine or anyone that wants to get started with kickboxing.
This is a good exercise DVD. I like most of Leslie Sansone's DVDs and this one offers a little different style with the kick boxing. I feel like I'm getting a decent overall workout in just 30 minutes which is great. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.
