I have done several of her walk at home videos and like each one. They are all a bit different in routine so it is nice to be able to change and do different ones. Leslie is bubbly but does tend to talk more than I would prefer but it is a good workout at home whenever I want;
This is another great exercise DVD that challenges you just a little more with the 3 miles. Runs about 45 minutes and gives a good cardiovascular workout. The use of the resistance band is a nice change of pace and great for toning. I would highly recommend this one.
