even if your not a vegetarian this book in GREAT..I have used about 6 recipes so far and haven't found a bad tasting one..I enhance the recipes as well and some I have added other fresh seasonings...Read More
This cookbook has the best recipes! My favorites are Chinese Vegetables in Peanut Sauce and Red Texas Chili, but there are many, many more. All are easy and prepared in 30 minutes or less. I have many vegetarian cookbooks with weird ingredients, but this one needs easy to obtain foods. have been a lacto-ovo vegetarian for 12 years and my husband of 30+ years is a committed carnivore, but he loves the meals I have prepared from this book (and it helped him lose 20 pounds in the last 3 months, too).
