Veganomican is the very best vegan cookbook I have come across so far. The only problem I have with the book is there are not enough pictures. I like to see what Im about to make and eat. This book only has 16 pages of pictures out of nearly 300. Other than that the recipes are delicious and the book is well organized. LOVE IT!
This cookbook is amazing. First of all, the book is huge! It's packed with so many tantalizing recipes that the greatest difficulty is deciding what to make. And the recipes are very innovative. It doesn't contain any hard to find ingredients like some vegan cookbooks do. The recipes are very easy to follow and offer suggestions on what other recipes from the book to pair them with. The last section even offers menus for even easier selection. So far everything I've made from Veganomicon has been fantastic. It's a definite must have for vegans and non-vegans alike!!
