This is a great cookbook for vegans and non vegans! There is wonderful, helpful info and so many great recipes that I had to make a "TRY FIRST" list. This is one of my all time favorite cookbooks.

I bought this book for a Christmas gift and it is everything you would want in a vegan book. It has information as well as wonderful recipes. My son's girlfriend loves this book. The only thing I would ask more of would be color pictures of the recipes, but that seems to be how a lot of specialty cookbooks are formatted. I highly recommend this book to any vegan interested in adding to their knowledge and expanding their vegan cookbook collection.

Excellent! A huge variety of recipes for the vegan and those with dairy and egg allergies. The best vegan cookbook ever. The only one you'll ever need!
