I bought this book for my brother who had recently decided to try the vegan lifestyle. He has always been a picky eater and very quickly grew tired of the same old tofu and imitation products. The Vegan Italiano cookbook provided a great naturally vegan alternative which my brother actually enjoyed. Overall this was a great book and I would recommend it to anyone who is either vegan or knows someone who is.
