He appears frequently on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and on the show's website.

Finally! Comfort food that I can eat!
I bought two of these books. One for me and one for a friendt. Both were in excellent shape.I am very please with this book! First of all,there a-lot of pictures! Second,the recipes are awesome! I tried the gnocchi and the pot pie recipes ,YUMMY! Third I don't feel like I am preparing a "vegan" meal, I would make this food for anyone! My only precaution is that the recipes can call for more fat than I want to eat every night so I will use probably two of these recipes a week.
