This is a solid, enjoyable collection, bridging Ricky Nelson`s "Travelin` Man," Marvin Gaye`s "Ain`t That Peculiar," and Stan Getz & Charlie Byrd`s "Desafinado." While it doesn`t quite capture the seismic cultural shifts of the Mad Men era, the collection does include a few slightly offbeat choices, such as Lloyd Price`s "Lady Luck" and Brook Benton`s "Frankie & Johnny," along with more expected tracks like Tom Jones` "It`s Not Unusual," Sonny & Cher`s "I Got You Babe," and Sam the Sham & the Pharaohs` "Wooly Bully." ~ Heather Phares
