I think I'll use this book always time, because it included most thing of the bar, and it will let you learn more of the bartendering~!

I bought 3 of these books to use as hostess gifts. They make a great gift especially when added to a basket with the ingredients of one of the recipes within. If you wanted to jazz up a gift even more, add some neat cocktail glasses, napkins, and bar utensils --- from O.Co, of course.

This is a very nice-looking hardback book. And there are plenty of different cocktail recipes in it. The only thing I'm disappointed with is that there are no pictures of the completed cocktails for reference. At least it does tell you which glass you should use, so I guess if you follow each direction step-by-step you will end up with the correct-looking drink, but it would still be helpful to have a picture as a guide as well. I would still recommend this book since it does cover such a vast array of drinks, but go into it knowing that you're going to have to look up online what your cocktail is supposed to look like in the end.
