I was under the impression that Tunisian Crochet was not very much unlike regular crochet. I didnt know that special crocheting tools were required. I thought that Tunisian Crochet was another stitch style; with that said when I received the book and found out that I was completely ignorant to Tunisian Crochet I was a little disappointed. However, I bought the Tunisian Crochet Hooks and I am well on my way of learning a new style of crocheting. The technique is time consumimg but a learning experience. The book's instructions are clear enough and the pattern choices very nice.

I haven't read the whole book yet, but I've gotten down the basics in this book that is clear in instruction with pictures and words. I love looking at the beautiful garments and things I will make--I've already made my practice swatches into useful items. I love making swatches using the various techniques I've learned from this book.
