Ben Stiller, Jack Black and Robert Downey Jr. lead an ensemble cast in ¿Tropic Thunder,¿ an action comedy about a group of self-absorbed actors who set out to make the most expensive war film. Are you Kidding?
This movie is great. It takes all the stupid things people do and say and lays them out there to be seen. The way people swoon over celebrities is insane. The way people think with there wallets is insane. Topic Thunder lays it out as it is. Still, most people don't get the overall moral. It looks at Hollywood and shows you what it is. If your looking for comedy with underlying reality this is entertaining editorialism. Even if you don't get it, it's still a funny movie.

Insulting movie
This movie was such poor taste. It basically made a joke out of the Viet Nam war.I think Ben Stiller thought he was making a spoof out of movies pertainingto Viet Nam when in fact all he did was offend those individuals who were everin any kind of war or conflict.Ben Stiller is Jewish and I don't think he would find much humor in spoofingthe Holocaust. Complete disappointment.I was actually angry after about 10 minutes of the movie and had to turn it off.
