My first yoga experience was with a Baron Baptiste dvd. He really explains each pose in depth. A perfect DVD for an intermediate to really master the form. If it isn't challenging you aren't doing something right!

I like Baron Bapiste's 'yoga practices" because he holds the poses FOREVER. And that makes this workout so challenging.
