I love the fact that I can create my own workout with these 15 minute segments. Plus, if I am short on time I can focus on one area and still have a successful workout. I can honestly say that I am now a Tracy Anderson Fan! I love that she talks you through each exercise, and explains in great detail the benefits of the specialized movements. Tracy makes the workout fun, enthusiastic, and very convenient. I plan to purchase her other workout videos in the near future.
