It's OK, not my favorite. I don't like that she just does the moves and doesn't tell you when she is going to change things up, so if you don't keep your eyes on the TV the entire time, you could be doing the wrong thing. I know, why don't I watch every single second, right? Well, first of all, there are times when you're suppose to bend over, so you really can't watch. Also, the standing abs section is confusing. Again, not a lot of instruction. I gave it an average, I'll still use it, but I wouldn't buy it again if I lost it. For a point of referrence, I'm very active, do marathons etc... I like Jillian Michaels much better, so it could just be my taste.
The workout is great, once you do it enough times to know what she's doing. She doesn't give much direction and switches things up without giving any verbal cues. If you're a dancer, it's probably easier to follow.
This is a different type of routine, which I was looking for. I am only about 3 weeks into it and like my results.
I have been doing this routine instead of lifting weights as she instructs.
The direction is poor, she is hard to follow initially as she gives very little verbal cues and you don't know the # of reps.
