Bought this cookbook out of curiosity and found it interesting and surprising. The famous recipes are fairly simple. I have not seen it since I showed it to my daughter. I plan to reclaim it and try some of the foods I like so much in resturants.

you'll really love this book. Its hard not to enjoy having recipes from your favorite restaurants. A must have, or an excellent gift idea.

The recipes that I've tried are all just like the at the restaurant as written or use them as a start and modify them to suit your taste! Great book if you like going out and like cooking.
