Think and Grow Rich has been called the "Granddaddy of All Motivational Literature." It was the first book to boldly ask, "What makes a winner?" The man who asked and listened for the answer, Napoleon Hill, is now counted in the top ranks of the world's winners himself.

The most famous of all teachers of success spent "a fortune and the better part of a lifetime of effort" to produce the "Law of Success" philosophy that forms the basis of his books and that is so powerfully summarized in this one.

In the original Think and Grow Rich, published in 1937, Hill draws on stories of Andrew Carnegie, Thomas Edison, Henry Ford, and other millionaires of his generation to illustrate his principles. In the updated version, Arthur R. Pell, Ph.D., a nationally known author, lecturer, and consultant in human resources management and an expert in applying Hill's thought, deftly interweaves anecdotes of how contemporary millionaires and billionaires, such as Bill Gates, Mary Kay Ash, Dave Thomas, and Sir John Templeton, achieved their wealth. Outmoded or arcane terminology and examples are faithfully refreshed to preclude any stumbling blocks to a new generation of readers.

Napoleon Hill was born in 1883 in Virginia and died in 1970 after a long and successful career as a lecturer, an author, and as a consultant to business leaders. Think and Grow Rich is the all-time bestseller in its field, having sold 15 million copies worldwide, and sets the standard for today’s motivational thinking.

  • How to turn the dreams into reality

I read Think and Grow Rich first time 15 years ago, since the first time, I am totally committed to develop my own dream to come true. I did endure many test, ups and downs, had to overcome some very unusual circumstances, suffered 17 arrests based on false acquisition, always found not guilty. Same time I did build several businesses, one from scratch without credit and influential friends from 0 to 10 million US $. to loose all. his book is everywhere with me i have 3 or 4 different versions, last 10 I bought in China. Napoleon Hill will give you power and ability to think. I am on the verge to become very successful again, just did discovered most profitable , safe and basically no limits to grow exponentially. Napoleon `s faith in infinity power did encourage me to strengthen my own faith. I recommend this book to anyone who can read, and you should read this book at least once a month. Peter Calka

  • Think and Grow Rich

This is a great book. The content is easy to read and understand. However, the book received from Overstock was terrible. The pages were rough and appeared to have missed the final cut. I was quite embarrassed to give this book to my husband for Christmas.

  • Great

This is the bible for all who want to be successful. A bit intense, with the chapter on "Organized Planning" going a little too long. Otherwise, Great!
