I really love this book and would recommend it for anyone who enjoys working out and learning new techniques. I have tabbed the moves that I use most frequently and love the fact that it gives many options with or without equipment for each muscle group. The informational sections for nutrition and training are extremely helpful also! Highly recommend!

Outstanding all-around product. Hundreds of strength exercises in full color step by step, giving clear, concise instructions on the execution and benefits of the movement. Plus, you get variations on the moves. There's also a section on the diet & exercise plan, warm-up exercises, cardio & nutrition. If only, they published it in a spiral notebook! BUY THIS if you're a serious fitness devotee, you'll learn a lot!!
