I started the diet after my husband read the first book. I bought him this edition for Christmas, and even though I haven't read through it completely, I'm very impressed with the information so far. We've been on the diet for 7 weeks and I'm what you'd call a "hard" loser, but I've dropped a little over 20 pounds. I like the diet and found it very easy to adjust to. I used to get a headache if I skipped meals, but now find I'm functioning fine without eating every 3-4 hours. I'm looking forward to continued success with this plan.
This is actually our second copy of this book, as we gave the first one to hubby's brother - and YES - we DEFINITELY recommend this book ! ! ! After reading just the first chapter of our first copy, I made a change in the way I eat, and I lost 22 lbs in just under 3 months - without going hungry. Hubby is about half-way thru this copy, and says it has greatly improved over the last version we had. The price was very affordable compared to other places we shopped to replace the copy we gave away - one place wanted $75 for a used copy ! I am so glad I lookd here (at overstock.com) for this book :)
