This is one of the easiest to understand training books I've read, by almost any trainer! I've been involved with horses all my life (50+ yrs.), and participated in more training sessions than I can count. Whether you're experienced or a novice, this book will help you understand WHY a horse is doing something and then help you change inappropriate behavior by encouraging the horse to learn a new and better response. For example, my newest horse is an "in your pocket" kind of guy; he always wants to be super close to me. Of course, that could be dangerous if he ever spooked into me when being walked. Rather than circling him a zillion times and having him do the same thing over and over (yes, I tried it), LTJ suggests several techniques that really WORK! I won't give away her secrets, but they're easy to learn and fun for both you and your horse. I recommend this training book for any owner who wants a better relationship with his/her horse.

This is the most complete book yet on Linda's work. It is written to use as a reference book. This is a must have book for all types of horse people. Linda's work helps if you want a better connection with your horse or if you have a problem you need to solve with your horse. I had to buy another as I was always lending mine out to someone. the techniques in this book also work on all animals!

This is another great book by Linda Tellington. If you have become a fan of the author then this book will be a great addition to your library.

Book provided very useful information on working with horses as part of the team rather than as dumb animals that are to be subjugated by any means necessary.
