This is a beautifully written book full of wisdom and insight. For someone feeling lost, trouble or needing direction this book with help. For someone who feels perfectly grounded it will help. This book points out the obvious fact of life that perhaps we just don't consider as we are too wrapped up in the world around us. Find a deeper understanding of yourself and your life when you read and practice the meditations in this book. I would also recommend getting a meditation bowls or you can also find audio cds of meditation bowl music. Center yourself and find peace <3
