David Baldacci has become an author I follow, ever since I read The Simple Truth a number of yrs. ago. I'm ordering it now to send to a sil recovering from surgery. It's a good page turner, with a wonderful message of redemption. Not all of Baldacci's books are as good as this one, but he's certainly an author worth reading for the entertainment value if nothing else. He really seems to understand the culture of the Secret Service and CIA. I don't know what his background is, but he generally seems believable. I also like "Wish You Well", an entirely different genre, a very sweet story. I think I'll send that book along too.
