I bought this DVD as a gift for someone who is going through a difficult time in her life. When I asked her about it, she seemed reluctant to talk about it, offering nothing more than a "Yeah, it was good." Though I haven't seen this film myself, I've found a great deal of inspiration in Wayne Dyer's EXCUSES BEGONE book and PBS presentation on the same book. I was hoping that my friend might find Dyer's enthusiasm contagious--particularly in his film as she is not a big reader. I would recommend this film if YOU, the buyer, are interested in exploring who you are and why you are on this Earth. But I wouldn't recommend this film if you are making the purchase for someone else as the desire to change/grow needs to come from within.
