I borrowed this book from someone, who in turn got it for me for my birthday. NEVER have I ever cried while reading a book. I read this book at a time when my faith was being tested and although it's fiction, the message it sends is pure love. We have all gone through a very dark period in our lives and have often questioned the whys and why nots of everything. This book will inspire!

This was an excellent book which promotes intellectual, spiritual, and cultural thinking. I liked reading the larger print which makes it easier to share the book (with older, younger, eye disorders, etc.). I would have liked to have had a discussion with other current readers after every few chapters to broaden interpretations and to inquire if the book's philosophy violated or enhanced one's current beliefs.

large print usually cost so much more. we got this for my mother-in-law for Christmas because my husband had read it and thought she would like a copy. Indeed she said it was a good read and passed it on to her sister. as always, Overstock got it to us quickly and in perfect condition.

This book is amazing. It has you on an emotional rollercoaster ride! You fall in love with the characters...you relate them to your life....you rethink your thoughts on God. This book ISN"T what you think it is! You will love it! Everyone I know that's read it can't put it down......if you do you think about it until you get back to it.

This is the best book I have read in a long time. This is exactly what I think my Christ would want me to say to my children and the message to send the rest of the world. Finally someone gets it right.
