  • I found it to be Healing

    I found this book to be very very helpful in boosting my self-esteem. I was someone who was very beat by low self-image and I thank god for this book, it really helped me alot and changed my thought process, I feel better after reading this and doing the excercises. I find myself coming back to it, just to remind myself that I'm a great, worthwhile person.
