i found it very interesting and it makes one think about the possibilities. It was very inspiring and motivational.It made me re-think how positive thoughts can influence my day. I am a stroke survivor and it's easy for me to watch the video than read a book. It was highly recommended to me and I am glad to have seen it.

I didn't buy this DVD for entertainment, that is why the low rating there. I bought it for personal growth and it does not dissapoint.. This is suitable for all ages and the sooner you start listenting to it and implementing the ideas, I'll sure you'll be better off.
