This was a great informational book. I lost 5 lbs the first week, and my blood pressure dropped down to normal. If you are looking for a way of eating, that will promote good health and weight loss this is the book to read. It is also full of recipes, which will help you stick to the diet. It is a way of eating that is based on good carbs, high fiber, low fat, and low sodium. This combination also regulates, blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol. I highly recommend this book if you are looking for a way to get healthy, lose weight, and feel great.

This book is full of great information!!! It really makes you think about what you are putting in your body, and to stop eating things that aren't good for you. This book will open your eyes to a new way of eating.
