Music for sleep
We've had this CD for a while. It is great for my 8 yr. old son w/ ADHD. It relaxes him @ bedtime, just add a lavendar/vanilla calming spray and he's alseep!! It has become a routine every night that when the CD gets turned on we all start to head for a bedroom. My son knows the melodies almost by heart and will hum them as he goes to sleep. The entire CD is great for anyone who likes to RELAX! After a few times of listening, your hooked. It is very peaceful and keeps a flow of consistancy in the way the music flows through the soul as you relax. Not irritating like some music can be.
