Fluffy, but effective
I am a Reiki Master/Teacher and have found anything coming from the International Center for Reiki Training and Lee Rand to be top notch and worth having. This set is excellent, but certainly not meant to replace any formal Reiki training, nor is it implied by the product. It is an excellent "reference" and "refresher" and even an excellent intro to Reiki, but if you are brand, baby spankin' new to Reiki I would recommend Rands other books. I bought this set and absolutely love it.
