Natalia Rose provided excellent information on how to detox the body, and transitioning into having more raw foods in your diet. (It's less of a diet, and more of a lifestyle change.) I was shocked by some of the facts about processed foods, and for that reason alone would recommend everyone read it. Some of her ideas seemed a little extreme, but it seems adaptable to your own specific needs.
I am new to this raw food thing although I have felt that I ate pretty healthy before. I have read through several other raw food un cook books. Many are good and have exceptional recipes that take a lot of time. This book is great because it focuses on the simple raw food life style....NO Sprouting or Dehydrating! Just simple recipes. It also goes into food combining which other raw cook books don't. Really, any improvement in the quality of food that you eat is good, but why not tweak it a little and get the extra added punch for your digestion. I checked this book out of the library (ebook) and now want a copy to sit on my shelf. I realize that I will come back to it more than other raw cook books.

I really liked this book. It got me thinking about eating better. I didn't take all the tips and principles from this book because some were a bit extreme for me, but I did take a lot of great things from it. I just twicked what she wrote and fit it for me. She is very realistic though and understands that we're all busy and can't cook every single meal we make. Good recipes too!

I had heard about this book on my raw food forum and took the chance it would be as great as everyone said. I was NOT disappointed!! This is the book every beginner and newbie should have when starting the raw food lifestyle. It's easy, simple and full of information from Top Manhattan Nutritionist Natalia Rose.
