This is a great book if you have tried everything else and ready to give up. The recipes are "good". Yes, I said "good". The eating plans make sense. You are not just eating boiled chicken like most diet plans. The way she explains to you what each food is and why you are eating it during the different stages was great for me. I didn't know mangos had one of the most sugars in fruit. And I'm a foodie! I am on day 10 and have lost 4 lbs. Losing slowly will keep it off!! And I have not gotten hungry! Love, love this book.
