Good all around book

This book covers the basics of pressure cooking and helped me to understand all the aspects of this type of cooking so I could proceed with confidence in making a good, fast dinner and continue on to making desserts. The italicized descriptions or tips under the title of the recipe entices you to try the dish at least once and almost makes up for the lack of colored photos of the dishes.
