The Most Informative Book

There are two books that I would need For the rest of my cooking life. One of my favorite cook books and the The Prentice Hall Dictionary Of Culinary Arts. This dictionary has everything you would need to know and a whole lot more. There are even very useful tables in the back showing useful conversions for weight, temps, and metric conversions. The most informative book I own...and use.
