Marguerite DiMino Buonopane teaches Italian cooking classes and for many years prepared and hosted the legendary luncheons at The North End Union, a nonprofit community settlement house and neighborhood landmark since 1892. She has lived in Boston's North End most of her life.

  • the North End Italian Cookbook

    I recently ate at a North End restaurant in Boston and enjoyed it tremendously. I went online seeking a cookbook from the area, since I had not had time to look for one while there. Although there was "no description available", I took a chance from the title that it was Boston and am glad I did. Its well written, has nice old phjotos of the area, and easy but typical recipes. Just what I was looking to find.
