This is the 2nd time I've purchased the Non-Runners Marathon Trainer. I read the book last year and followed through with every week of training. When the book was complete, the marathon began. I ran the San Francisco Marathon last year and without the help of this book I could've never done it. I decided to start training again for the Boulder Backroads Marathon in Boulder, CO and so I repurchased the book. This book is amazing!! It's inspiring, informative, and motivational.
