This is a great book for the new owner, or infrequent user, of a serger. Typically the instruction book that comes with a machine gives good information, but not all the suggestions for additional uses that are covered in this book. It is a great additional tool. And Overstock is a very responsive and timely resource for a wide variety of items ... have recommend both to friends, and will continue to do so.

This is a great reference book. It covers just about everything from how to thread to creative stiches. I would definitely recommend for someone new to using a serger.

Close up color photos assist with understanding the various serger stitch capabilities. The book also opens your eyes to possibilities of different uses for your serger. I just bought a serger and really needed help with what a good stitch should look like, and how to fix settings to make stitches perfect. This book did it for me. Great book for low price.
