    • A great book if you want to get into weight traini

      I am still reading through this book but so far I really like how straight forward it is. You do have to have a gym membership to really make the exercises work, but I like the fact that it is easy to figure out what to do and get into weight training which is highly beneficial for women.A great read at a great price.
