This book is one of my all time favorite books
i believe i read this book the first time when i was 13 years old. I loved it from the start. Ever since, i think i have read it 6x over the years, borrowing my moms book time after time until i got my own book. This is a must read for anyone who loves adventure. Shay/Brandy becomes a heroine living before her actual time. You grow to love all the characters, especially Thora K:)

The Mirror
The first time I read this book was about 1979. Since then I have read the book 9 more times. The story centers around three woman, grandmother, daughter and granddaughter. It takes you into the past where Shay, the granddaughter has become her grandmother Brandy in the year 1900 and Brandy becomes her granddaughter Shay. It tells how both women copes with the changes and how it effects them. I just bought the book again. It is a fascinating story and I give this book 5 STARS. I am sure once you read it you'll want to read it again and again.
