    This was a good book at a better price than I could get from Rodale even though I subscribe to their magazine. I can use the exercises to mix and match and tailor to my own routines to continue progressing in training.

    This book is user friendly. You don't have to read it from cover to cover. The workouts are all iillustrated which makes learning the workout easy and fun! If all else fails it makes a great bathroom book!
