I LOVE this book. So much good info that I had to buy the sister book to it. I wish I would have had this 20 years ago! Great information, great recipes. Everything I've made so far is delicious! I highly recommend that everyone read this book and live by it!
Jillian Michael's explains how the foods we eat affect our hormones, and how that can change the perceived benefits of eating a balanced diet on ones health and wellness. This is a great book for anyone struggling to figure out how they can be eating well, but still carry extra (unwanted) weight.
