Ms. Fizzle is teaching her class about electricity, so she takes them on a magic school bus trip through the town's power lines. The students learn a lot about electricity: how it is generated and how electric currents create heat, light, and motion in such household objects as toasters and televisions. Pen-and-ink, watercolor, colored pencil, and gouache illustrations accompany the text.
