This book has a lot of good information about physiology and how hormones work. If you have an endocrine disorder it will really help you understand what's going on in your body. However, the diet advice was not very comprehensive and sort of contradictory to other things I've read. Overall I'd say it's worth reading, but if you're looking for more of a fitness plan I would not say this is going to be a good choice.
