I purchase this after reading a review on Overstock and it will go with one of the Lego building kits. It is a gift yet to be given and I feel my grandson will be most excited to have it with his collection of Legos!

My son (and I) have been fans of Lego for almost 30 years now and that is why this caught my eye as a gift for him. I am pleased to say that the layout, the colors and the general quality of the book are superb. It reminded us of some of the great pieces we have lost over the years but, apart from that, it is a very fine record of a great venture. It made a nice gift for a hard-to-buy-for young man.

This is a wonderful set of books that my 9 year old son has already had hours of enjoyment looking at and making his "wish" list!

This book was a big time Christmas present for the grandkids. They couldn't put the book down and loved making new things with their huge assortment of Legos.

Awesome book! Lots of great information. More detail than expected.

My 13 year old son is a huge Lego fan and loves this book. It is very colorful and fun to read. It shows historical lego sets as well as current sets. The second book on mini figures is very entertaining as well. My son saw this book set in a store and enjoyed see the older sets. The two book hard cover set slides into a sturdy outer case to help keep them in good shape.
