Since opening his first restaurant, Amada, in 2005, Chef Jose Garces has emerged as one of the nation’s most gifted young chefs, winning the James Beard Foundation’s prestigious “Best Chef Mid-Atlantic” award in 2009.     I highly recomend thisbook. It's great and the price was great. Also, I received it earlier than anticipated. Got them right before christmas!
