I ordered this book, mainly to find alternate ways to bake w/o eggs. I found out recently that I have a mild food allergy to eggs. What the author's main stance is that Vegan lifestyle is kind to animals, which I agree with, but I didn't need it shoved down my throat. No pun intended. That said, it is a great cookbook, with great recipes that taste yummy.
This is an enjoyable book for anyone interested in healthier, wholesome baking. There are many valuable tips and lessons to be learned from these recipes. I enjoyed learning and will be trying out many of the wonderful recipes. Thanks for a great book.
