this book has amazing sauces and soups. I want to try them all! I'm especially interested in the pork shoulder ragu. I haven't gotten all the way through the book but all I have seen is really fantastic. I would recommend this book to anyone who is short on time and loves Italian! All of the recipes I've tried have been amazing.
