    Margaret Ford discovered her interest in cake decorating at catering college in Aberdeen. She designs original and innovative equipment and created the CelCakes specialist range of products for cake decorators.

      This is an excellent book for the advanced cake decorator. There are 2 other books in this series that are as good or better. This book goes into detail about each cake shown and covers a varity of subjects. It does expect that you have a good foundation and understanding of cake decorating in order to use it effectivly. This is very nice for someone who is advanced in the field. Beautiful pictures and informative text. I am a teacher and cake decorator and I love this book. I got a great price on this book, elsewhere it would have cost me almost double. Great deal.
