The title says it all! In our travels, it is very hard to find good Tex-Mex food. The recipes in this book are super easy to make and it is delicious food. I like the author's choice of recipes that made the cut in the cookbook. Good book to have in a working kitchen where one entertains with friends.

I have tried several of the recipes in this book earlier and they were great! Got this for my son for Christmas and someonelse got him one so I got to keep this one. Yeah!
