Great Cookbook
If you or someone you cook for has Hemochromatosis, this cookbook is a must have. Not only does the cookbook have safe, easy to follow recipes that taste great, it has lots of information about iron absorption and information about how to pair foods to eat healthy with low iron intake. I really like the colorful pictures, too. I was thrilled to find this cookbook and even more thrilled when I purchased it and saw the quality.
