I love this book, it tells you how to make the drinks, why each drink is important for health, it breaks down each frut, super frut, and veggies important role in health, it gives you an idea of when to drink the jucies or smoothies. It's all natural drinks I have been driknng a couple of them and I feel great, my skin is more smooth, but over all I feel my body loves the drinks. Buy this book, I promise you love it too.!!!!!
