      Has many recipes for sweets which are my favorite foods. Needing to cut sugar and refined grains, I bought this book hoping to still make some of my favorites but still having a good taste. It doesn't disappoint. Uses natural sweeteners, ie, honey, dates, coconut sugar, etc., having lower glycemic index. Also, gives replacements for dairy, eggs. Most of the ingredients one would have on hand, except for almond and coconut flours. I have used other GF flours for some of the recipes with good success.
